Coca-Cola FEMSA announces favorable resolution of arbitration on beer distribution in Brazil

Mexico City, Mexico – October 31, 2019 – Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: KOFUBL; NYSE: KOF) (“KOF”) announces that today, the arbitration tribunal in charge of the process to resolve disagreements between Cervejarias Kaiser Brasil, S.A. a subsidiary of Heineken, N.V. (“Kaiser”), and the Coca-Cola System in Brazil, in connection with the distribution of Kaiser’s portfolio including Heineken beer, has issued an award confirming that their distribution agreement shall continue in full force and effect until and including March 19, 2022.
We will continue distributing Kaiser’s portfolio, performing and executing at our customary levels of excellence.
